Start with a delivery enquiry: quantity, town or postcode and preferred date. No customer contact details are needed. The owner or assigned team can accept, decline or reply. After acceptance, the seller adds a linked full order with the customer details and selling prices for final delivery confirmation. Sellers who already have all details can also submit a full order directly. Choose products, finishes and quantities. Enter the price per panel or pack and the delivery postcode. Your commission is calculated from the receiving team’s published rates and recorded on the order. Outside-area requests go to the owner for an accept or reject decision based on quantity, value and delivery distance. Follow acceptance, scheduling and delivery, then track commission due and recorded paid. Changes to the rate table apply to new orders; existing agreed commission is preserved.
